Pick #1. Ice Skating at The Ribbon!
The 2024-2025 ice skating season opens on Friday, November 8, 2024, and will be open daily through Sunday, March 2, 2025 (excluding Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day).
The Ribbon, supported by the Hylant Family Foundation, is a 1,000 foot loop trail featuring rolling hills and soft curves for a uniquely Metroparks winter ice skating experience. The Ribbon is connected to a 5,000 square foot skating pond that offers a traditional ice rink experience for beginners and a series of special events and programs.

Pick #3. Hensville Tree Lighting Ceremony!
Be there when they flip the switch at Hensville!
Thousands of holiday lights will decorate the Fleetwoods building in Hensville Park along with the 45-foot tall Hensville Park Christmas tree on display. With 10,000 lights, it makes a perfect photo backdrop for holiday cards and social media posts.
