River East Mural & Art Festival

On September 28th, Toledo’s first FREE all-day mural and arts festival, featuring live mural painting, live music, vendors, and food trucks will take place. The entire area of 6th and Main Street in East Toledo is set to be transformed from 12 PM to 12 AM, with a group show curated at the gallery. Permission has already been granted to paint multiple new walls along Main Street, thanks to the generosity of local business owners.

The River East Mural Fest is poised to transform the East Side of Toledo, Ohio, with a vibrant infusion of color and creativity, welcoming both local and national artists to paint stunning murals throughout a historically neglected part of town. This exciting festival aims to revitalize the area, turning forgotten walls into canvases of artistic expression that not only beautify the city but also foster a renewed sense of community pride and engagement.
